As an important part of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding both our and your own customer portfolio in Sweden. Your role involves identifying new customers, making the first contact, making quotes, negotiating contracts and then ensuring that the relationship with our customers remains strong and long-lasting.
This position is a great opportunity to be part of our expansion in Sweden and to put your own stamp on how BHS Logistics will be perceived in the market. You will have a great influence on the results and will contribute to both your own and BHS Logistics’ continued growth.
As a Sales Executive, you will:
- Join the sales team for BHS Logistics sales in Sweden and contribute to the entire Swedish market and report directly to our sales manager for BHS Logistics.
- Work independently and goal-oriented with the sale of sustainable solutions and create long-term customer relationships.
- Attend meetings with customers and stakeholders to stay up-to-date on the market and build trusting relationships.
- Be the focal point for exciting sales activities, including responsibility for contracts and negotiations, etc.
- Collaborate with our other sales representatives and sales director to reach our ambitious sales goals for Sweden.
- Take responsibility for ensuring that the pipeline, SOP, implementation plan and start-up meeting are in place for new customers.
- Participate in sales meetings with management and our other sales representatives from the Group.
About you:
- You have experience in transport and sales – primarily in road transport but also with knowledge of Sea & Air.
- You work in a structured way, set high goals and are driven to achieve them. It is an advantage if you can show good results from previous roles.
- You have deep insight into the transport industry and can quickly get started with a targeted effort.
- You are outgoing in contact with other people and have the ability to build strong and long-lasting relationships.
