In memory of our dear collegue Sven Algholm

Sven was not only a colleague but also one of our absolute best friends. We only have fond memories of our time together. Of course today (the funeral) will be a very special day with tears, love, warmth and friendship.

I’ve said it before, now is not the time for selfishness no matter how much we miss our friend. He fought like no other against an – as it turned out – invincible enemy ALS, but fell with the flag still flying high. Today, we who liked Sven and whom Sven liked, gather to remember together all the good things about him.

As JRR Tolkien wrote ’’The end? No, the journey does not end here. Death is just another road, one that we all must walk.
